WHAT ARE ARTIFICAL FLOWERS?
Artificial flowers are flowers that are made from materials such as silk, plastic, or fabric. They are designed to look like real flowers, but they do not require any water or sunlight to survive.
WHY SHOULD I BUY ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS?
Real flowers are beautiful. They're also gone in a week. Our arrangements stay exactly as they are - no wilting, no water, no replacing. Just the same considered composition, for many years.

The obvious answer is that they last. No wilting, no water, no replacing stems every week. But that's just the start of it.

WHAT MAKES FAUX DIFFERENT FROM OTHER BRANDS?

HOW DO I STYLE MY ARRANGEMENT AT HOME?
Start with the space, not the flower. A tall sculptural piece works on a console or entrance table where it has room to be seen. A lower, wider arrangement suits a dining table or coffee table where it sits at eye level. A single stem in a considered vase works anywhere that needs a quiet focal point.
Scale matters. A small arrangement in a large room disappears. A statement piece in a tight space commands it - which is sometimes exactly the point.
As for colour - our arrangements are designed to work within a neutral interior, but the ones that make the most impact are usually the ones that introduce one unexpected tone. A deep burgundy against white walls. A vivid red on a dark surface. Let the arrangement do the work.
ARE THE FLOWERS FOR INDOOR OR OUTDOOR USE?
Indoor only. Keep them away from direct sunlight and humidity. Both will affect the materials over time. A well-lit interior spot away from windows is ideal.
HOW LONG DO THE FLOWERS LAST?
Many years, with basic care. Unlike fresh flowers, ours don't have an expiry date. How long they look their best depends on how they're handled and stored - but years, not weeks.
WHAT ARE THE FLOWERS MADE FROM?
A combination of silk, high-grade polyester and foam, selected for how closely each material mirrors the real thing. Every element, petal, leaf, stem, is chosen for texture and realism, not just appearance.
HOW ARE FAUX FLOWERS MADE?
Most of our flowers are created at a family-run factory in Thailand.
Every piece is produced to a high standard, with quality monitored throughout. We use materials chosen for longevity and realism. Faux flowers are, by nature, a more sustainable choice than fresh - no weekly waste, no endless water consumption, no repeated purchasing. That's part of why we do this.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES?
We deliver across the UAE within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on business days are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.

We accept Visa & Mastercard and Apple Pay through our secure payment partner Mamo.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

RETURN & EXCHANGE
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Contact us at hello@fauxbotanicalstudio.com or via our contact page to initiate a return. Once we receive the item in its original condition we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Please note that refusing delivery does not constitute a valid return - you must notify us of your intention to return before sending anything back.
