Refund policy

Timeframes

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return. Once we've confirmed the return, the item must reach us within 7 days. Returns received outside these windows will not be accepted. We aim to process all returns within 3–5 business days of receiving the item.

Starting a Return

Email us at fauxbotanicalstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange. We'll get back to you with instructions.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not issue prepaid labels, and the cost of returning an item is not reimbursable.

Item Condition

Returned items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Please pack returns securely — we are not liable for damage that occurs in transit due to insufficient packaging, and items that arrive damaged as a result may be refused.

We reserve the right to decline a return if there is reasonable indication that an item has been used, borrowed, or used for photography or rental purposes.

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, minus the original delivery charge, or exchanged for an alternative item as requested. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund after we've completed it on our end.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are final sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us promptly with photos and a description of the issue. We'll assess the situation in line with UAE consumer protection law and work toward a resolution — whether that's a repair, replacement, or refund. Faulty items must be returned for inspection within 10 days of your initial report.

Custom & Bespoke Orders

All custom and bespoke orders are made to specification and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, except where the item is deemed faulty.
